Single-line Oil Lubrication Systems

Single line “ Monoflex” systems are utilised in all sections of industry for small to medium size machines. Systems are available for both oil and grease (NLGI 000 – 2), with options for manual, pneumatic and electric pumps.

The basic components of the system are the pump, piston distributors, tubing and fittings. Optional control and monitoring features are available depending on the type of application.

Pump operation results in pressure build up in the system to a level where the piston distributors activate, dispensing an accurate dose of lubricant to the bearing. The pump then stops, and the system pressure is relieved to a low pressure, allowing the distributors to recharge with lubricant ready for the next cycle.

Operating pressures range from 16 to 315 bar, with venting pressures of 2 to 70 bar, depending on the system type.

Lubricant volumes from each piston are available from 0.01 to 2.5cc, allowing bearings of varying sizes to receive optimum lubricant quantity.
