This type of system feeds each lubrication point individually from dedicated pumping elements installed in the main pump body. A motor driven cam in the pump housing operates each pumping element in turn, dispensing a fixed amount of lubricant to each point, with system pressures up to 350 bar with lubricant from oil to NLGI2 Grease.

Multi-outlet pumps can also be used in conjunction with progressive divider valves, for applications with a large number of lubrication points, or with widely differing lubricant volume requirements, making the system extremely versatile.

Pump options range from the smaller KFG range of pumps with 3 outlets, typically used in conjunction with progressive valves for applications such as general machinery, on and off-road vehicles, wind turbines etc. up to the large FF and FB range of pumps used in heavy duty applications such as those encountered in the steel, mining, water treatment and quarrying industries.
